Congratulations to Rachel Stephens of the Wagga Wagga Swim Club, who today at the Narrandera Meet, successfully completed her second Referee's Level 1 assessment. This Referee accreditation journey has taken a number of years commitment to officiating and is well deserved.  I am sure all of the SISA swimming community join in congratulating Rachel. Rachel's Referee accreditation now give SISA 23 currently accredited Referees and makes SISA the envy of many other swimming areas.
