Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the Southern Inland Swimming Association Incorporated, involving the South Western Zone, Riverina Zone and Murray Zone will be held as follows:

Please note there will be a general meeting following the AGM

Please find attached copies of the following documents:-

Nomination Form for Committee Positions – To be submitted to the Secretary by Friday 3^rd May as per Clause 23.1 of the Constitution

Delegates Nomination Form – for clubs to advise the SISA Committee of Club delegates able to vote at this meeting. To be submitted to the Secretary 7 days prior to the AGM, i.e. Friday 24^th May as per clauses 12.3 and 15(d) of the Constitution

Club Affiliation Form – to be submitted to the Secretary prior to or at the AGM (Or as soon as possible thereafter) so that SISA Committee has contact details and for all SISA Clubs as per By-Law 2 (b). (Note Fees to be paid AFTER AGM)

Request for Approval of Swim Meets Form – all applications for summer meets to be submitted to Committee seven days prior to the SISA AGM (Friday 24^th May), all applications for winter meets must be submitted before 1^st February 2020, as per By-Law 17

Any Notices of Motion for the AGM or the General Meeting following, should be in writing and submitted to the Secretary by Sunday 12^th May as per Clause 17 of the Constitution

All forms and notices to be emailed to the address shown on the form.

Meeting Agenda will be circulated 14 days prior to the meeting as per Clause 15 (c) of the Constitution.
